Orders are dispatched from our US warehouse within 24 hours of Bitcoin payment confirmation (3 network confirmations). Domestic orders arrive in 3–6 business days; international in 7–14 business days.

All shipments are tracked. A tracking number is emailed to the address on file the same day your order ships. Packaging is plain and discreet — no company branding on the outside.

Reshipment guarantee: if a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we reship it once at no additional cost.

We collect only the information required to fulfil your order: name, shipping address, email, and (optionally) phone number. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Shipping details are used only for order fulfilment and are purged from our systems after delivery. Payment is processed on-chain via Bitcoin; we do not store card numbers or bank details because none are collected.

Cookies are used only for essential site functionality (cart state, session). No third-party advertising trackers are used.

All products sold on this site are strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and a qualified researcher.

Bitcoin payments are final once broadcast. If you send an incorrect amount, contact support immediately with your order number and transaction ID and we will work with you to resolve the discrepancy.

You are responsible for compliance with your local import regulations. Halcyon Core Labs is not liable for products seized by customs; however, we will work with you in good faith to resolve any issue.
